Rockholt Communications provides domain, DNS, email, and web services as described in quotes, statements of work, or written communications. Deliverables and scope are defined per engagement.

No warranty

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to deliver reliable outcomes, but third-party systems (registrars, email providers, upstream networks) can affect results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockholt Communications is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Direct damages are limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

Your use of third-party services (domain registrars, DNS providers, email platforms) is governed by those providers’ terms. Subscription fees to third parties are separate unless explicitly included in a written quote.
